Sean, Instructor

 


Sean is a gifted yogi who first embraced yoga after an injury forced him to find a new way to stay fit, both mentally and physically. For Sean, the moment of clarity came in his first yoga class and Vinyasa style yoga quickly became his forte. A profound sense of self-awareness is Sean’s favorite result of yoga, and practices the mantra, “As above so Below, As within so Throughout.”

With his background in martial arts, Sean does a beautiful job of connecting balance of the mind with balance of the body, making his classes an extremely refreshing and stimulating experience. Sean received his 200 hour RYT Certification from the Yoga Shop of South Windsor, Connecticut.
